We were called to fit a Velux blind in the attic room of a house in Matlock. The homeowner wanted to let light in but also manage the light, so that it didn’t get too bright in the room in the early morning. We suggested that a blind with blackout material might be the best option.
The material for this blind was chosen in a subtle grey shade, with a blackout material. The overall effect when the blind is fully closed is fantastic! As virtually no daylight is able to be seen, it’s perfect for keeping out that early morning sunshine. The simple click and lock function means the blind can be locked in place in any position. Great if you just want to keep out the sun’s glare, but still want plenty of daylight.
